2nd RIF - Puppet Show!
 The fun begins at 6:30 p.m.  Be sure to attend! Wednesday, March 11, 2009 Niobrara County Library 6:30 p.m. Dragons Are Too Seldom Puppet Productions is coming to the Niobrara County Library sponsored by the Friends of the Library. IN THE CENTER OF THINGS is a puppet adventure dealing with bullying prevention. It will be presented as the 2nd of three Reading is Fundamental (RIF) programs on Wednesday, March 11 at 6:30 p.m. at the library.
