RIF - Last One in is a Rotten Egg! Monday, March 30, 2009 - Wednesday, April 8, 2009 Niobrara County Library 6:30 p.m. The third of three RIF (Reading is Fundamental) programs will be held on Wednesday, April 8 at 6:30 p.m. Plan to attend for a skit, crafts and snacks!
