 Join the Niobrara County Library Foundation, Inc. at 6 p.m. for an evening of celebration on Friday, August 7. Friday, August 7, 2009 Niobrara County Library Lawn 6 p.m. Thank you Niobrara County and Library Supporters Nationwide!The Niobrara County Library Foundation, Inc. is inviting you to celebrate reaching the Wyoming Public Endowment Challenge goal. Performer Kerry Grombacher....One of the West's new breed, who builds on, embellishes, expands and updates traditional western themes.... Free meal, speeches, music, stories and more coming Friday, August 7 at 6 p.m. to be followed by an Open Air Movie! Plan to attend this free evening of summer celebration!
