Kill A Watt EZ Q & A Wednesday, November 18, 2009 Niobrara County Library 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. NEA Manager, Sheldon Albertson will be at the library on Wednesday, November 18 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. to answer questions about the Kill A Watt EZ. A more in-depth electric usage program will be held at the library in January. For more information contact the library at 334-3490.
