Energy Efficiency Program Did you know that you can save $262 a year just by turning off lights and appliances that aren’t in use? Wednesday, January 13, 2010 Niobrara County Library 6:30 p.m. Sheldon Albertson, NEA Manager will present this program to help consumers address rising electric costs and share ways to save energy and money!
