Chocolate Techniques Wednesday, November 30, 2011 Niobrara County Library 6:00 P.M. Brenda Colby, local chocolatier will demonstrate a variety of chocolate techniques and offer information about this delectable treat on Wednesday, November 30 at 6 p.m. Just in time for your holiday gift giving , this program is sure to be a hit. Brenda has mastered working with chocolate through the years and is excited to share her expertise with the community.
