Reading is Fundamental - Everything Dragons! Wednesday, January 25, 2012 Niobrara County Library 6:30 p.m. EVERYTHING DRAGONS! is the theme for this year's Reading is Fundamental (RIF) programs. The first program will be January 25 at 6:30 p.m., and will feature stories, crafts, snacks and FREE BOOKS. The next RIF program will be held on Wednesday, February 29 at 6:30 p.m. Markie Scholz, puppeteer will present "Dragon Stories” on Wednesday, April 11.
