Author Program, Phillip and Paul Collins Wednesday, July 11, 2012 Niobrara County Library 6:30 p.m. Brothers, Phillip and Paul Collins will present a program on Wednesday, July 11 at 6:30 p.m. based on their book, “The Ascendancy of the Scientific Dictatorship: an examination of epistemic autocracy, from the 19th to the 21st century.” The book presents the story of how the criminal elite hijacked science and transformed it into a weapon against the masses. Sure to be an interesting program, plan to attend.
