Read Off Your Fines

Sunday, January 4, 2015 - Sunday, January 25, 2015
Niobrara County Library
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This January there is a new opportunity at the Niobrara County Library for clearing overdue fees. "Read Off Your Fines" is an easy way for children to clear library fines by reading at the library. Children may come to the library between the hours of 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 4, January 11 and January 25 and for every 15 minutes of silent reading or reading with a volunteer $1 will be deducted from their library fine. This program only applies to overdue fees and there is the potential to read $24 off of library fines. If adults are interested in volunteering or for more information about this opportunity, please call or stop by.
