Reading is Fundamental Plan to attend! Wednesday, April 11, 2007 Niobrara County Library 6:30 p.m. The third of three Reading is Fundamental (RIF) programs will be held on Wednesday, April 11 at 6:30 for children preschool through 6th. This program will feature a skit, "Dandelion" performed by local FBLA students. "Dandelion" is based on the book by author Don Freeman. A snack will be provided and children will get a chance to craft a project to take home and most importantly, everyone will pick out a book for their very own. Children that have missed any previous RIF programs this year will be able to pick out books for those missed times. Plan now to attend for a Reading is FUNdamental evening!
