It’s a MAGIC SHOW! Coming, Wednesday, August 27 at 6:30 p.m. at the library! Cody Landstrom will be entertaining children of all ages in a back to school program sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Children in attendance will receive their very own book courtesy of the Friends of the Library and root beer floats will be served as well. In the event of too much wind or inclement weather the show will be held at LEMS. Plan now to bring the whole family!

Registration for the fall session of afterschool programs begins Tuesday, August 26. Children in first and second grades will "Hang Loose with Dr. Seuss" each Tuesday, right after school until 4:30 p.m. from September 9 through October 28. Students in grades 3-5 will meet from 3:20 to 4:30 on Thursday afternoons from September 11 to October 30. The theme for this group will be "No Talking!" with Andrew Clements. Registration for these programs is required due to space limitations, so be sure to call the library soon to reserve a spot for your child.
