Have you noticed the new look of the online catalog? WyLDCat has taken on a new look and also has some functionality changes, if you find that you are having trouble navigating through this please, don’t hesitate to contact us. The online catalog is available at http://niobraracountylibrary.org, click on WyLDCat. You can also log in using your library card number and PIN to place holds, renew items and search the full-text periodical databases. Be sure to check it out.

A new fiction book is “This Side of Heaven” by Karen Kingsbury. This is a story of family secrets, broken relationships, and a love strong enough to span the miles and the years of loss.

Other new fiction books include “A Promise to Believe In” by Tracie Peterson, “Mounting Fears” by Stuart Woods, “What I Did for Love" by Susan Elizabeth Phillips, “The Associate” by John Grisham, “Nora” by Diana Palmer and “Red” by Erica Spindler.

New adult non-fiction books are “A Beginner’s Guide to Philosophy” by Dominique Janicaud, “Herbert Hoover” by William E. Leuchtenburg and “Multiple Blessings: Surviving and Thriving With Twins and Sextuplets” by Jon Grosselin.

A new young adult book is “Heroes of the Valley” by Jonathan Stroud.

The Lennea Lewis Slagle Children's Library has these new junior books “The Monsters of Otherness” and “The Dragon’s Eye” by Kaza Kingsley. New easy titles are “Bed, Bats, & Beyond” by Joan Holub and “Tough Chicks” by Cece Meng.

"St. Patrick's Day" is the theme for Storyhour on Tuesday, March 17 and Thursday, March 19. Storyhour is held on Tuesday and Thursday from from 10 to 11 a.m. for children ages 3 through kindergarten.

After 24 years we are able to begin binding The Lusk Herald newspapers again, we are missing some issues in the time period of 1984 through 1994, if you happen to have any issues in this range and would consider donating them please stop by.
