We’ve heard your requests! eBooks will be available to check out through the library this summer! The Niobrara County Library is partnering with the Natrona County Library in order to make this technology available for our patrons. Your library card and pin will enable you to download to most eReaders including your iPhone and iPad! At this time downloads to the Amazon Kindle are not compatible. More information will be available in the next few months.

In the middle of the night, Prosecutor Alexandra Cooper is called to Harlem’s Mount Neboh Baptist Church in “Silent Mercy” by Linda Fairstein where a young woman has been decapitated, set on fire and left burning on the church steps. Days later a second corpse is found at a cathedral in Little Italy. Alex mines the depths of Manhattan’s many houses of worship to try and find a connection between the victims and uncovers a perilous truth that puts her in the face of terrible danger. Reserves can be placed online through WyLD or by calling the library.
