A new book by Jeffery Archer is “Only Time Will Tell.” Harry Clifton never knew his father, who was a dock worker, but he learned about life on the docks from his uncle who expects Harry to join him in the ship yard once he’s left school. Then an unexpected gift wins Harry a scholarship to an exclusive boy’s school and changes his life. As he enters adulthood, he learns how his father really died, but the awful truth leads to a question – was he Arthur Clifton’s son or the first born son of a scion of West County society whose family owns a shipping line.

Other new fiction includes “Goddess of Vengeance” by Jackie Collins, “Robert Ludlum’s The Ares Decision” by Kyle Mills, “Brute Strength: a Dog Lover’s Mystery” by Susan Conant, “Ed King” by David Guterson, “The Lady of the Rivers: the Cousin’s War” by Philippa Gregory, “The Christmas Wedding” by James Patterson and “The Astral” by Kate Christiansen. A new title for the young adult is “The Death Curse” by James Dashner.
