Challenge Grant Gift Friday, June 25, 2004 Lori Carpenter and Shirley Phillips of 3 Sisters Truck Stop present Leslie Hammond, Niobrara County Library Foundation Chairman a check for the proceeds from Fast Action Video Bingo sponsored by the library foundation. The proceeds will benefit the "Partnership to Raise Community Capital" challenge grant with The Kresge Foundation and the Wyoming Community Foundation.
