Summer programming for children begins this week, be sure to drop in and check it all out! The movie, “The Nut Job” will be showing on Thursday, June 12. It is 83 minutes and rated PG. The library provides the popcorn; please bring your own drinks.

If you are planning a trip please remember that the library has a large selection of audio books - everything from the newest releases for adults to classics for children. The app, OneClickDigital is also available for free downloadable audio. Once a title is downloaded to your device you are able to listen whether you have internet access or not, so it’s perfect for driving down the road (or mowing the lawn!). Stop in and check it all out or let us help you get the app downloaded.

A new historical novel is “Glorious” by Jeff Guinn. Cash McLendon built himself up from a street urchin in St. Louis to the son-in-law and heir apparent to industrial mogul, Robert Douglas. There he discovers a new way of life, but he can’t outrun his past forever.
