Beginning Wednesday, May 18 the library will host a four week "Natural Healing" series. Kristine Groh will present a program on FasterEFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) at 6:30 p.m. on May 18. FasterEFT is a collection of techniques that integrate elements of EFT, BSFF, NLP, spiritual understanding, science and the mind's ability to transform itself. TRE is a combination of exercises to help individuals release stress or tension as a result of stressful situations, traumatic experiences or life circumstances. TRE consists of six exercises that help individuals release tension from the muscles, which relaxes the anxiety of our minds by evoking a muscular shaking process in the body. Kristine is a certified practitioner in both FasterEFT and TRE. For more information about the upcoming programs see the library's homepage or recent newsletter. The series is free and open to the public. Plan now to attend this four week event.
