Mrs. Edgar Brown, who was flown to Lusk from Harrison last Friday, gave birth Wednesday morning to a daughter at the Lusk Hospital. Mr. Brown is the editor of the Harrison Sun, and he flew to Lusk Wednesday to see his new daughter.
Mrs. Brown was one of four people flown out of Harrison during the time it has been storm-blocked.
Mrs. Brown stopped at The Herald Friday before going to the hospital to express Harrison's appreciation for Wyoming's effort made to open the highway. Harrison was declared in emergency by the Red Cross the first of last week.

Tom Burke and Melanie Porter of Lusk, Wyo., are proud to announce the birth of their son, Seth Michael, born Feb. 16, 1993, at Community Hospital in Torrington. He weighed 7 lbs. 9 1/4 oz. and was 21 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Mary and Willard Porter of Manville.
Paternal grandparents are Kurt and Becky Gilbert of Keystone, S.D.
He joins a six-year-old sister, Brenna, at home.
