Pearl Gladys Harrington
Funeral services for Pearl Gladys Harrington, 86, of Glenrock were held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 5, 1992, in the Bader-Peet Mortuary Chapel in Lusk with Rev. Del Cowley of the Lusk First Baptist Church officiating. Burial followed in the Lusk Cemetery.
Harrington died Wednesday morning, June 3, 1992, in her home in Glenrock. She was born Aug. 16, 1905, in Ponca, Neb., the daughter of Frank and Lena Cadwallader. She married Fred D. Harrington on Oct. 30, 1923, in Stuart, Neb. The family moved from Nebraska to Wyoming when their children were all small. They lived in Riverton, Casper, Glenrock and Lusk.
She was a member of the Baptist Church. She was active with the Senior Citizens in Glenrock where she played bingo with her sister Daisy every Wednesday. She was a good, kind person and will be missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1984, a twin brother in 1981, five other brothers, two sisters and two sons.
Survivors include one daughter, Dorothy Snell of Glenrock; four sons, Leo Franklin Harrington of Riverton, John Edward Harrington of Stockton, Kan., Jim Donavan Harrington of Estacado, Ore. and Freddie C. Harrington of Welch, Ore.; 14 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
