Services for Mrs. Lee Are Held May 2

Funeral services for Mrs. Laura Lee were held May 2 from the Peet chapel in Lusk with Burke Peterson, Bruce Gardner, Paul Rasmussen and Thurman Smith of the L.D.S. Church officiating.

Mrs. Lee, 65, died in the Spencer Hospital April 29 from an abdominal infection.

Mrs. J. P. Watson was organist. Mrs. Maude Bonner and Mrs. Lyle Eddy sang "In the Garden" and "The Old Rugged Cross." Pall bearers were Perry Turnbull, Robert Crow, John Morton, Bruce Gardner, Bill Mejeska and Paul Rasmussen.

Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.

Laura G. Lee was born September 4, 1898 at Hastings, Ia., the daughter of Franklin and Bessie Grammar. The family moved to Keeline in 1908. She was married to C. E. Lee in 1921 and were parents of four children, Edward F. who preceded her in death, Donald Richard, of Medicine Bow, Clair E. of Layton, Utah, and Bonita Wade of Lusk.

She is also survived by four sisters, Ida Morse, Fay Whiteaker, Kremmling, Colo., Mrs. Georgia E. Lee, Manville, and Mrs. Minola Miller, Glenrock, and two brothers Raymond Grammar, Powell and Charlie Grammar, Washington, and nine grandchildren.

A sister, Mrs. Frank Kettler, died previously.
