Minola Fern Miller

Funeral services for Minola Fern (Grammar) Miller, age 84, were held Friday, March 10, 1995 at 1 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Lusk with Rev. Harold King officiating. Burial followed in the Lusk Cemetery.

Mrs. Miller died Monday, March 6, 1995, at St. John's Nursing Home in Billings, Montana. She was born July 25, 1910, at Kearney, Neb., the daughter of Joseph and Sara Grammar. When Minola was ten years old, the family moved to Keeline in 1920.

In 1927, she married Harry A. Miller at Keeline. They ranched in the Keeline area until 1944, when the family moved to Glenrock. In 1969, they retired and moved to Douglas.

Minola was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Lusk and she and her husband, Harry, helped build the Zion Lutheran Church in Douglas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry; two sons, Harry Jr. and Robert; and a daughter, Caroline. Survivors include: a daughter, Wyoma Scott of Farmington, New Mexico; sons, Charles of Fremont, Neb., Leo of Las Vagas, Nev., John of Lusk; Harold of Billings, Mont.; Darryl of Elko, Nev.; Arnold of Worden, Mont.; Marvin of Casper, and Richard of Worden, Mont.; 34 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

For those who wish, memorials to St. John's Nursing Home in Billings, Mont., will be appreciated by the family.
