Funeral for former resident

The funeral for former Lusk resident, Zona Bradley McFarlane, will be this Friday, June 1, at 1:00 p.m. at the Colyer funeral home in Torrington. Burial will be at the Lusk cemetery. She died at the Goshen County Nursing Home in Torrington Sunday, May 27.

Mrs. McFarlane was born August 3, 1882, in Junction City, Kan., the daughter of William and Elizabeth Bradley. She moved to the Six Mile Ranch, north of Lingle, when she was four years old.

She married Albert E. McFarlane July 10, 1906. She was a member of the Woodbine Chapter No. 18, Order of the Eastern Star at Douglas, for many years.

Survivors include her son, Dr. Claude McFarlane, LaGrande, Ore.; a daughter, Mrs. Kathleen Hunter, Lingle; three grandsons and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, five brothers and three sisters.
