Mrs. Glen Percy Dies Monday

Graveside service was held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Lusk Cemetery for Mrs. Glen (Ruth Ellen) Percy, 52, who died Monday at Lusk.

The Rev. Robert Boutwell conducted the service with Maynard Clark, Walter Schnorenberg, Larry Solberg, Ray Lake, Johnny Thon and Bud Hoblit as casket bearers.

Ruth Ellen Percy was born January 14, 1922, at Crawford, Neb., the daughter of Clifton W. and Pearl Langdon Percy.

She attended schools and lived in the Crawford area until 1955. After a short time in Boulder, Colo., the family moved to Kansas City where they lived until 1972.

She was a member of the Christian Church of Overland Park, Kan., the Hospital Auxiliary and the Republican Women's Club of Lusk.

She married Glen C. Percy September 4, 1940, at Raton, N.M.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Steven of Kansas City and Ken at the University of Kansas, Lawrence; one daughter, Kristine Percy of Lusk; her mother Mrs. Rulo Roberts of Lusk. Her father died previously.

Memorials to the Nursing Home Fund have been requested by the family.
