Kenneth E. Siebken
Funeral services for Kenneth E. Siebken, 73, will be held Wednesday, Feb. 11, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. at the Platte Funeral Chapel in Wheatland, Wyo. with Jerry Smith, Minister of the Church of Christ in Cheyenne, Wyo. officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
Mr. Siebken died Saturday, Feb. 7 at the Platte County Memorial Hospital in Wheatland.
Kenneth was born June 23, 1924 in Van Tassell, Wyo., the son of George C. and Golda A. (Bump) Siebken. He was reared and educated in Niobrara County. He ranched in Van Tassell at the family ranch, worked in Fort Laramie for a time, and worked in Wheatland for the Town of Wheatland. He served in the United States Army during World War II. Kenneth married Betty G. (Turner) Crowley on July 25, 1972 in Lusk.
He and his wife spent their retirement years in Wheatland and Cheyenne. Kenneth was a former member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and horses. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Betty Siebken of Cheyenne, four children, George F. Klier and wife Patty of Wheatland, Alan W. Klier and wife Peggy of Willits, Cal., Karen B. Davis and husband Kent, Wheatland and Connie G. Shifflett and husband Mike of Wheatland, one brother, Clarence G. Siebken of Lusk; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be George F. Klier, Kent A. Davis, Alan W. Klier, James M. Shifflett and Clarence G. Siebken.

Family and friends may call at the funeral chapel on Wednesday from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
