Death Notice
Donald Tousley, age 71, passed away July 31, 2007, at the Niobrara Health and Life Center. There will be a memorial service at Pier Funeral Home in Lusk, Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, at 1 p.m. A complete obituary will be published at a later date.

Donald Duane Tousley
Memorial services for Donald Duane Tousley, age 71, of Lusk were held Saturday, Aug. 4 at 1 p.m. at Pier Funeral Home in Lusk. Cremation had taken place. He passed away Tuesday July 31 in Lusk.
Donald was born Sept. 26, 1935, in Circle, Mont., to George Mortimer and Ruth Ada Grace (Kulp) Tousley.
He served in the Montana National Guard and was honorably discharged. He married Sandie Sage and they later divorced. On May 8, 1976, he married Bonnie Jackson in Elko, Nev. They later divorced, but remained life-long friends.
Donald spent most of his life traveling the highways and byways of the continuous 48 states and Canada in an 18-wheeler, finally retiring in 2003. In his retirement years he enjoyed going to the Outpost Cafe in Lusk and visiting with everyone that came in, going to the Bruch's ranch north of Lusk for two and a half years and helping them with their haying and spending time with his grandkids.
Survivors include his mother, Ruth Damrose, of Dallas, Ore.; children Dan (Amy) Tousley of White Sulpher Springs, Mont., Shummonda (Randy) Senters of Beloit, Kans., Wendy (Mike) Hill of Douglas and Wanda (Dan) Britsch of Torrington; brother David Tousley of Montrose, Colo.; sisters and their families: Doris Brotherton of Reno, Nev., Deloris Jepson of East Helena, Mont. Loretta Houzous and Minnie Haggerty, both of Dallas, Ore.; and Fleeta (PeeWee) Leal of Roberts, Ida; nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was also survived by life-long and best friend Bonnie Tousley of Douglas.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, George Tousley; his step-father, Burton Damrose; and son Kenny Jackson in 1986.
