Funeral Services Held for Charles Vermeule Friday

Funeral services were conducted from the chapel of the Peet Mortuary Friday afternoon at 2:00 for Charles W. Vermeule, 79, who died Aug. 26.

Rev. Clyde Hampton, First Baptist Church, officiated at the final rites. Mrs. A.F. DeCastro and Mrs. Emerson Bonner sang "Rock of Ages", and "Sometime We Will Understand," with Miss Geraldine Klemke, organist.

Pallbearers were John Gaythe, Jalmer Thon, Charles Canfield, A.C. Tibbits, Harry Carlisle, and James McCune. Interment was in the Lusk Cemetery.
