Newt Olson Dies in California, Monday
Word was received by Gaylord Anderson on Wednesday of the death of his cousin, Newt Olson, at Los Banos, California, on March 28th.
Newt Olson, with his mother and two brothers, lived in Lusk for a number of years, and attended the Lusk schools. He was employed in the lumber yard here and later ran a lumber yard at Harrison, Neb., from which place he moved to Arvada, Colo., where he was in the lumber business for many years, moving from there to California.
After the death of his first wife he was married again only a few months ago.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Olinger Mortuary in Denver on Saturday, April 2.
Surviving besides his wife is a son, Harold; two brothers, William and Chester, and a sister, Ruth Getz. Andrew Anderson of Lusk is an uncle, and Mrs. Otis Bump an aunt and Gaylord Anderson a cousin.
