Annie Hagen Born in Sioux County

Requiem High Mass was held at Saint James Catholic Church in Douglas, Wyo., on September 10 for Anna Hagen, long-time Wyoming resident who died at the Converse County Memorial Hospital on September 6 of an acute coronary at the age of 77.

She was born July 6, 1888 at Montrose, Nebr., one of a family of 12 children of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wasserburger. She was married to John Hagen in 1912 at Montrose and they ranched in Nebraska until moving to Wyoming in 1926.

Her husband died in 1952. She is survived by her three children; a son, John Hagen of Denver, and two daughters, Mrs. Doris Garrison of Casper, Wyo., and Mrs. Florence McKibben of Douglas. One brother, Herbert Wasserburger of Ardmore, is living. There are nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
