C. E. Shippen Of Manville Passes Away

Charles Ezra Shippen passed away at his home in Manville on Wednesday, October 3, 1928. Though Mr. Shippen was ill only since Sunday, he has not enjoyed good health for the past year. Chronic heart trouble is given as the cause of his death.

Funeral services will be held at the church in Manville Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Wilcox officiating.

Six members of the Woodmen of the World, of which organization the deceased was a member will act as pallbearers.

Funeral arrangements are under direction of the Midwest Funeral Home.

A complete obituary will be carried in The Herald next week.
