Eva Kittleman, 80, former Manville resident, died Friday at the West Nebraska Hospital in Scottsbluff. Memorial service was conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at the Sutley Funeral Chapel in Torrington with the Rev. Burnell Beyers of St. Johns Lutheran Church of Scottsbluff officiating.

Mrs. Kittleman was born near Mitchell, Neb., Dec. 30, 1900, the daughter of Adam and Eva Moore Bower. She was educated in rural schools in the Mitchell area. She was reared in the Mitchell and Scottsbluff areas until 1919 when she was married to Paul Kittleman May 18, 1919, in Mitchell. The couple moved to Manville and ranched until retirement in 1965 when they moved to Torrington. Mrs. Kittleman was confirmed in the Lutheran Church.

Interment was in Valleyview Cemetery, Torrington. Memorials may be directed to the Community Hospital of Torrington or the Good Shepherd Unit of West Nebraska Hospital Scottsbluff.

Survivors include her husband Paul of Torrington, two sons Alvin Paul of Great Falls, Mont., and Art William of Brush, Colo., two daughters Lily Alberta Hubbard of Casper and ClarabeUe F. Leeling of Scottsbluff; 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter Mildred Bringham, two grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
