Funeral Rites for Mrs. F. Stephens

Mrs. Floyd Stephens, 24, and a former Niobrara woman, died at Broken Arrow, Okla., January 6, 1946. Funeral services were held for her at Leesville, La., at the Silver Creek Church, and interment was at the Silver Creek cemetery near Leesville. Reverend Fields officiated during the rites.

Donnabell Margaret Lee was born December 7, 1921, at Powder River, Wyo., and later moved with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Lee, to Keeline. She attended the public schools in Niobrara County, graduating from the Manville HIgh School in 1940. She then attended the University of Wyoming at Laramie. She was a teacher in the Niobrara County schools for two years.

July 10,1944, she was married to Cpl. Floyd Stephens at San Antonio, Texas. One child was born to them, Steve. L.

Surviving her are her husband, Cpl. Floyd Stephens of Camp Gruber, Okla.; her six-months-old baby, Steve L.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Lee of Keeline; two sisters, Edna Lee of Lander and Mrs. Edward Martin of Lost Springs.
