It is with sincere regret that the Herald is called upon to note the death of D. Daley, which occurred at the family home on Old Woman creek at one o'clock Monday morning. Deceased was 65 years of age and for two years prior to his death was a great sufferer, being confined to his bed most all that time. Death to him was a welcome visitor and man a time did he pray for it to come and take hom from this world of sin. Mr. Daley was a big hearted, whole souled man, and was well and favorably known and liked as was manifest at the funeral which took place Tuesday forenoon at the Episcopal church. Father Keating of Casper officiating, where all of the neighbors of the deceased had gathered to show respect for their departed neighbor and friend. The remains were laid to rest in the Lusk cemetery, there to remain till the resurrection morn. The bereaved family have the sympathy of a host of friends in this, their hour of sorrow.
