Obituary - Edna May Rogers
Edna May Rogers was born on her father's ranch six miles from Kirtley on Sept. 24th, 1909 and passed out of this life Dec. 23rd, 1916, aged 7 years, 2 months and 29 days. She leaves her Father and Mother, her brother Harley and her twin sister, Ethel, all of whom will greatly mourn her loss.
Edna and Ethel were always seen together and dressed alike, they resembled each other so closely in their appearance that few people could distinguish them apart.
Little Edna was a happy little girl, had a good and kind disposition, and was loved by all her little friends. She will be missed not only by her own family but also by all her schoolmates. Our loss is her gain. There is no doubt but that she is now happy with her Grandpa Rogers who passed on almost a year ago.
Card of Thanks
To us, the loss of "Our Little Edna" is irreparable, and for the many acts of kindness and words of sympathy tendered to us during these dark hours, words fail to express our hearfelt thanks and appreciation.
For the beautiful floral offerings we express deepest gratitude.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred B. Rogers
