Dorothy Ann Mill Dies Suddenly

Funeral services for Dorothy Ann Mill, fifteen month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Mill, were conducted from the Peet Chapel on Monday afternoon, with Rev. George Oakes, Episcopal rector officiating.

Mrs. H. J. Templeton sang "Sweet By and By" with Mrs. Watson at the organ. Pall bearers were small friends of the older Mill children, Bobbe Cates, Billie Kilmer, Freddy Reckling and Keith Curry.

Besides her parents, Dorothy Ann is survived by two sisters Barbara and Patricia and a brother Billy, and many other relatives.

Dorothy Ann was taken suddenly ill last Friday evening. She was taken to the Spencer hospital, but died before a diagnosis of her illness could be established. When the child's condition became more critical, a specialist in Denver was consulted by phone. He advised Dr. Reckling to continue with the same treatment and not to attempt to bring the baby to Denver. However, the little one failed to respond to the treatment, and passed away about ten o'clock Saturday morning. A post mortem examination failed to reveal the exact cause of death.
