Emma Hubbard Dies In Lusk Tuesday

Mrs. Emma Hubbard, 84, of Lusk, died Tuesday in the Niobrara County Memorial Hospital from chronic myocarditis. Funeral services are to be held this Thursday at 2:00 p.m. from St. George's Episcopal Church.

Two sons survive, Percy of Seattle and Russel of Alaska.

Funeral services were held August 28 from St. George's Episcopal Church for Emma Fibley Hubbard, 84, who died August 26. The Reverend Theodore Foster officiated. Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Lou Bass, Wm. Miller, Ab DeCastro, Jack Cashman, Roy Johnson, and H. L. Joiner.

Her husband preceded her in death. She is survived by a son, Percy, of Seattle.


Note: The maiden name, Fibley, is recorded above as published. However, the Lusk Cemetery records have "Filby", and the obituary of her husband, Joseph Hubbard, has "Tilbey".
