Herman Kersten, 75, Dies at Daughter's Home, Lance Creek
Herman Kersten, 75-year-old resident of the Lance Creek vicinity, passed away very suddenly at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jake Gottlieb, at Lance Creek, Wednesday, May 1, at noon. The cause of his sudden demise was attributed to a heart attack.
He had been a resident of Lance Creek community for the past fifteen years. He had spent part of this winter at the Manring home in Lusk.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jake Gottlieb, one son whose whereabouts is not known at present, and a number of other relatives.
Mr. Kersten was a faithful member of the Lutheran Church. The Peet Mortuary has charge of the arrangements for the funeral, which have not as yet been completed.
