Mrs. Nellie Brown of Keeline Passes Away Here, Tuesday P.M.

Mrs. Nellie Brown, 42 years old, wife of Edgar Brown of Keeline, passed away at the Lusk Hospital on Tuesday afternoon at 1:45 o'clock.

Mrs. Brown had been under the physician's care for the past few weeks, but she was not believed to be seriously ill, and her death came as a shock to her relatives and friends.

The remains were shipped to Sidney, Iowa, for burial, funeral services to be held there Sunday. Arrangements here were in charge of the Midwest Mortuary.

Mr. and Mrs. Brown have lived in the vicinity of Keeline for the past six years. Before that time they were residents of Hemingford, Neb., coming to Keeline in 1929.

Mrs. Brown is survived by here husband, Edgar Brown, and four children - Max, 11; Emogene, 18, Lavonne, 3; Richard, 20, all of Keeline; four brothers and five sisters and her mother, all living in the vicinity of Sidney, Iowa.

Mrs. Browns' maiden name was Nellie Genevieve Beedle. She was born in Fremont County, Iowa, on February 7, 1893. She was united in marriage to Edgar Brown in Thermon, Iowa, and to this union four children were born. They were members of the Presbyterian Church.

No funeral services were held here. The husband accompanied the body to Iowas and W. W. Edmondson drove some of the immediate family to Iowa by car to attend the funeral services to be held there Sunday.
