Graveside services were held Feb. 13 for Donald A. Mangler, 55, former Lance Creek resident, at Memorial gardens in Casper with Rev. Dr. Swayne Axworthy officiating.
Mangler died at his Casper home Feb. 10 after a long illness. He was born Feb. 20, 1931 in Rock Springs, WY, the son of Ernest and Beatrice (Fuhs) Mangler and received part of his elementary education at Lance Creek and later at Powell.
He married Alberta Osborn July 27, 1949 at Red Lodge, MT.
Mangler was a life-long Wyoming resident and drove a truck before he founded the Donnie Mangler Trucking Co., which he operated until December 1974. He then sold the business and retired because of ill health.
Survivors include his widow; a son, Stephen of Casper; two daughters, Gloria Jean Bertgnole and Carol Mangler, both of Casper, 18 grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Floyd (Lois) Baughman of Lusk.
