Crouse funeral Friday
Funeral service for Steven Dallas Crouse was held Friday afternoon at the Peet Mortuary Chapel.
He was killed early Wednesday morning when the car he was driving rolled out of control killing him instantly.
He was born April 6, 1954 in Salina, Kan., and attended school in Salina and Coeur d"Alene, Idaho. He moved to Lusk in 1965 and graduated from NCHS.
In November 1974 he joined the U. S. Navy and he was discharged in November 1976. He was employed by Johnson Fuel Liners in Newcastle.
He is survived by his father Del and mother; grandparents Ora and Sarah Crouse; and by three sisters Lois, Robin and Dawn.
Presiding at the funeral was the Rev. Frank Bozart. The organist was Edna DeCastro and the soloist was Mark Lohr.
Pallbearers were Robert Burdick, Eldon Haworth, Micky Hock, Larry Halligan, Jessie Halligan and Robert Heth.
Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.
