Duff Culver Dies

Services for J. A. "Duff" Culver, 60, 353 South McKinley, Casper, were conducted last week at the Bustard Funeral Home with Dr. Thomas Norman of the First Christian Church officiating. Burial was in Highland Cemetery.

Culver died Feb. 26 at Natrona County Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

Jeannie and Brad Culver, Doug and Karmen Williams and Keith Culver, all of Lusk, attended the services.

Culver was born Nov. 14, 1915, at Byers, Colo. When he was six years old the family moved to Casper where he attended school.

Following graduation from high school he was employed by the Wigwam Bakery and later worked as shop foreman for Coliseum Motors and Mel Collier Motors. After leaving Mel Collier in Casper, Culver and his family moved to Lusk where he lived until moving to Seattle, Wash. He returned to Casper to make his home last October.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Karen Nanson, Jackson; and three sons, Mike, Bryan and Kirk, all of Seattle; three brothers, Pat of Casper, Leon of San Diego, Calif. and L. E. Culver of Lusk and St. George, Utah, and nine grandchildren.

Culver was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Glenn and W. W. "Buck" Culver.
