The Niobrara County Library is pleased to present Deer Creek Brass in concert on Sunday, October 19 at 1:30 p.m. at the Congregational Church, 120 E 5th St., Lusk, WY.
Deer Creek Brass is a dynamic brass quintet known for its vibrant sound, engaging performances, and wide-ranging repertoire. Formed by a group of seasoned musicians passionate about chamber music, the ensemble features two trumpets (Jeremy Huck and Cara Sommers), French horn (Mike Pryczynski), trombone (Chris Ehrlich), and tuba (Jerry Delgado). Rooted in the scenic Deer Creek area, the quintet draws inspiration from the natural beauty and community spirit of its namesake.
With a commitment to both musical excellence and audience connection, Deer Creek Brass performs an eclectic mix of classical masterpieces, jazz standards, contemporary works, and festive arrangements. Their versatility allows them to perform in a variety of settings, from concert halls and churches to schools and outdoor festivals.
