Summer Afternoon Movies – The Secret World of Arrietty

Each Thursday afternoon throughout the summer the library will feature an Afternoon Movie beginning at 1:30 p.m. The first movie of the summer will be The Secret World of Arrietty on June 7.

14-year-old Arrietty and the rest of the Clock family live in peaceful anonymity as they make their own home from items that they borrow from the house’s human inhabitants. However, life changes for the Clocks when a human boy discovers Arrietty.

The film is 94 minutes and rated G. The library will provide popcorn but attendees need to bring their own beverage.
