Word was received here that Mr. and Mrs. Harry (Bud) Fancher, Jr., of Scappoose, Oregon, are the parents of a boy, Frank Everett. The little lad weighed 8 lbs. 2 oz. at birth. Maternal grandmother, Mrs. Anna DeCastro and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Fancher, Sr., of the Kirtley community.
