Diane and James Hall are proud to announce the birth of a daughter, born August 27, 1988 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. She weighed seven pounds and 12 ounces and has been named Koel Liane.
Koel is welcomed home by a brother, Kyle, 4 and a sister, Kali, 1.
Maternal grandparents are Ted and Donna Pennington of Lost Springs. Great-grandparents are Ben and Rose Wolfe and Bernice Pennington, all of Lusk.
