Neil and Kelli Holmes of Van Tassell are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Samantha Ann, on Nov. 15, 1990, at Torrington Community Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. and was 21 inches long. She joins a brother, Thomas, at home.
Maternal grandparents are Glen and Nancy Hoehne of Torrington. Paternal grandparents are Kay Ann Holmes of Van Tassell and the late Robert Holmes.
