Word has been received here in Lusk that Mr. and Mrs. F. H. McVay of Laramie, former residents of Lusk, became the parents of a baby girl born August 11. She was born in the Ivinson hospital at Laramie and weighed six pounds, 14 oz. at birth. She has been named Frances Irene.
