Kristi Scott and Tom Potter of Chadron, Neb., are the proud parents of a daughter, Arika Christine, born Oct. 28, 1992, at Chadron Community Hospital. She weighed 6 lbs. 2 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. She is the couple's first child.
Maternal grandparents are Jerry and Vicki Scott of Lusk. Maternal great-grandparents are Vern and Theresa Modine and maternal great-great grandmother is Katherine Rokne of Lusk.
Paternal grandparents are Ray and Judi Potter of Casper, Wyo.
