Lesa and Jamie Bell of Chadron, Neb., are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Zachary Floyd, born March 9, 1991 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Neb. He weighed 8 lbs. 15.8 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Bill and Eva Dunn of Harrison, Neb. Maternal great-grandparents are Irene and Matt Haas of Harrison and Mary Sevier of Scottsbluff.
Paternal grandparents are the late Trudy and Floyd Bell of Columbus, Ohio.
