David A. and Sharla Poage of Keeline are the parents of a new baby girl, Rachael Michelle, born Feb. 12 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper.
Rachael weighed seven pounds and 10 ounces. She was welcomed at home by her sister, Rebecca, 6.
Her maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Bellamy of Tablerock. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. David T. Poage of Keeline and paternal great-grandfather is R. C. Carroll of Douglas.
