Stewart and Maralee Toolson of Lusk are the parents of a daughter born Sunday, December 20, 1987 at Wyoming Medical Center, Casper. She weighed eight pounds and eight ounces and has been named Helen Kelsey.
She is welcomed home by two sisters Brittney 7, Heidi 6, and one brother, Todd 3.
Maternal grandparents are Kieth and Carol Norris of Green River, WY. Maternal great-grandparents are Lucille and George Simpson of Salt Lake City, UT and Bertha Norris of Green River.
Paternal grandparents are R. Burns Toolson, and Helen Toolson, deceased.
